Riverbank Cafe - Coleraine

The best cafe in a shopping centre, that's for sure. Relatively wheelchair friendly, lunch was made fresh, and quiet surroundings. Not a huge amount more to say about this cafe, other than for a quick bite at lunch time, it's absolutely fine.

I have been at the riverbank cafe a number of times and have always found it to be excellent. The stand are friendly and efficient. The best thing about it for me being a coffee lover is that not only do they have great coffee...and top quality coffee machine they have staff who are trained to use it so make an excellent coffee whatever choice. So many places the coffee is ruined by staff that overheat the coffee or the milk! There is a good choice of food and cakes in a very pleasant and comfortable surroundings. If you haven't been then your missing out and I can guarantee it will not be a one of visit.

Clean friendly and excellent service, coffee lovely soup delicious and a warm scone just what you need to bring a smile been there a few times and will always visit when in town

I have dined at this restaurant several times now, and I am happy to report that both the food and service have been exceptional each time. The sausage rolls are delicious, possibly the best in town, and I have tried many in various cafes in Coleraine. I must mention one waitress in particular, who I believe is Polish. She is a very friendly girl who always welcomes you with a smile, is very polite, and provides excellent service. She is a valuable asset to the owners of Riverbank cafe. I am excited for my next visit and another tasty sausage roll...or maybe two.

Wanted a quick lunch and as I was passing this place thought I would give it a try.disappointing to say the least.i got a panini and the girl asked if I wanted coleslaw or crisps (a handful at the side of plate) with it I said coleslaw.when we got to the till I asked if I could have both an she said no problem but u will have to pay extra and charged me £0.70 for a hand til of crisps all on all we got 2 rounds of toast, a panini and 1 coke and 3 coffees and it came to £18 what a joke.the staff are also not very friendly no chat out of them or anything.wont be back!
