Whataburger - Clute

The food is delicious, but I have noticed that since the pandemic, the wait time for food has increased. I'm not sure if it's because they have hired new staff, but during my last visit, it took 25 minutes for my meal to be served.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. I waited in line for 15 minutes and no one took my order. When I went through the drive-thru, it took 40 minutes to get my food. This fast food line definitely needs some improvement.

This restaurant is terribly slow and poorly managed. They decided to clean the soda machine during a busy dinner rush, leaving an unsuspecting customer to try and get a drink, only to end up getting their shirt soaked. When the customer mentioned this to an employee, they simply said, "Oh, yeah, we're cleaning that," and walked away. This place is awful!

I ordered online on my way to the restaurant and waited an additional 25 mins upon arrival for a grilled chicken sandwich. It was 1030 in the morning, they weren't busy.

REALLY SLOW SERVICE, it?s been 30 mins and I?m still waiting on my food to come. 1 guy came out to give everyone their drinks and not 1 single person received their food. HORRIBLE LOCATION
