Pecos Trail Dining Facility - Clovis

The food is very good and there is a variety which is nice. The food is not expensive. The dining facility is clean and quite large for groups. It even has a conference room.

Food is good, the whole cannon area has a lot of flies, including the area where the food is made and where the tables are. I think the should use flies traps, food is good overall.

The food might not be the most visually appealing, but does it taste good? Not often. Are there many good options? Not really. Are the staff friendly? There are only about three employees present. Are the portion sizes decent? Occasionally. And the big question— is the food at least edible? After experiencing four raw burgers and one medium-rare chicken, my answer is…sometimes.

The menu offers a reliable selection with a good range of options. The staff is attentive and accommodating.
