Taco Box - Clovis

This restaurant has always been a beloved local spot. The staff is professional and welcoming, and the food is consistently served hot and fresh. You hardly have to wait from the moment you place your order to when you pick it up. Tom Martin has done an exceptional job managing and maintaining this restaurant. I do miss the days when there was another location available. My top recommendation is the chicken chimichanga, accompanied by a large Spanish fry and an extra-large cherry chocolate Dr. Pepper! Keep up the fantastic work!

The food was decent, but the customer service left much to be desired. I ordered online for pick-up at a specific time because I had limited time between events. When I arrived, I had to wait another 15 minutes to receive my order. When I mentioned that it would have been nice to have my order ready on time, the manager informed me that it had actually been ready earlier but had gone cold, so they had to remake it. If they can't meet the promised timeframe, what's the point of offering pre-orders?

Above the Norm is truly a reflection of this company's long-standing commitment to excellence, and they have every reason to be proud! I want to extend my gratitude to Thomas and the entire staff for their outstanding service. They accidentally kept my debit card when I picked up lunch, but they reached out to me promptly. When I returned to retrieve it, they went above and beyond by giving me a gift card along with my card! I truly appreciate their effort, and their reputation speaks for itself!

Are the tacos getting more expensive every year and also smaller!? Yes. Yes.. Sad! Other then that, best american tacos you can get but the constant price increases, shrinking size and portioning leaves allot to be desired. Would. Be five star if notfor that.
