Bidrage med feedbackAlthough I haven’t lived in clovis in many years, leal’s is always one of my favourites to eat. every time I'm in the city, I always consider the stuffed avocado. the stuffed avocado is a large, baked avocado, filled with chicken and bee on a bed rice and served with beans and an acidic cream sauce. if they love avocado, cheese and huh, they can't go wrong. I ordered copycat filled avocados in countless Mexican restaurants from houston to chicago and as far east as boston and never had one that was as good as leal served anywhere near. all the waitresses and waiters I had were great, the kudos to the chefs and server! at the next visit in clovis, I am back in definitiw.
Not to bad.. Have a nice bar but hardly any bar service. Sign on machine clearly says frozen cocktails and it was on but waiter said no cocktails were available.. Beer tasted a little watered down for some reason.. Its more like a Colorado Mexican Food place.. Chili was that chili sauce instead of real chili so that was a let down. But overall not bad
We went here for dinner and it’s super nice and good food. Was a really good place to eat! The service was great they were always on top of things helping out with whatever we needed. The food was really good as well.
I had a great experience. The service was great. Everyone was very polite. Or waiter took good care of us. The food was nothing short of awesome. Portions were large for the price, a great value. I won't pass through town without stopping again.
At best this restaurant is mediocre and I’m being kind in saying so. It’s edible, which is more than most places around it. Definitely won’t repeat.I will say this to ANYONE that is not local to this town or region in general. If you are from the Northeast, Southeast, California, etc you will likely not like ANY of the food here or in cities within driving distance. All of the mom and pop places taste awful, and the franchise locations are plagued with employees who do not take pride in their work, making even safe bet franchise food inedible. I don’t know what it is with this part of New Mexico/Texas but they have not experienced real food so don’t know how bad their food tastes. The only solution if you are new to the region is to COOK your own food. Even if you’re not the best cook, it will taste better than the options available to you. Sorry, it’s true. It took me several months before I realized this. I have yet to find ANYTHING here that I can rely on to eat.
