Papa Johns Pizza - Cleveland

Had to pick up an order but the lone store worker left the building unattended. Didn’t come back until 15 minutes later which messed up my chance of doing what i had to do. Higher him more help so that it doesn’t mess up my business.

To the OWNER of this location. On Saturday, July 8, 2023, i placed a carry out order by phone (call cntr) at 5pm. After approx 30 minutes, i arrived to pickup and pay; however, the store was closed. When i asked the presumed fatherless (obviously) and angry fella who exited and locked the door, if the store was open, he began to curse and shout obscenities as if I messed up his day by ordering from your store. He got in his vehicle and turned up the music. To the OWNER, I recommend that you post a vacancy for his position and all parties involved for operating your store on that day. I am sure you can find better help among high school students looking for their first job. If you can’t find better help, CLOSE the store forever. I took my business to Dominos.

The food was great, and the service was even better!

The worker nor do the manager know how to assist you with your Papa John's Rewards Point. I've never seen anything like this before. Someone please help them

My mom wanted a stuffed crust pizza so I ordered an epic pepperoni from Papa John's. To my surprise it came with nothing but pepperoni. No veggies at all. It's sad that pizza places will remove the vegetables and charge extra to include them. I added black olives, green peppers, beef and sausage. The pizza was very nice. It was expertly made and delicious. But my goodness. This was a $30 dollar pizza. That's steep. Very steep. Papa John's is too expensive.
