No Way Jose - Cleveland

Hamburger steak is the bar not the best in the city. I know it sounds crazy to be his Mexican restaurant, but it's the best!

I gave this restaurant only one star because that's the lowest rating available. The food was terrible and frankly, embarrassing. It tasted like subpar Mexican cuisine, and the service was inadequate, especially from the higher management (though I must commend the waitress, she was very kind). My order was wrong, and they even charged us for four people! Overall, it was a dreadful experience, and my family and I will never return.

I finished the first serving of shrimp and had started on the second when another male server came from the back and took the remaining shrimp from my table without acknowledging me, even though I had already begun eating them. He went to another table and served the shrimp there. I expressed my frustration, explaining that I had started eating them, but he ignored me. The other customer at the table declined the shrimp, saying she was ordering something else. When I finally received my supposed catfish, it turned out to be tilapia. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Excellent service and delicious food! I will definitely be back for more.
