Staff very rude and lacked customer service. Not welcoming or helpful or happy to serve Manager very abrupt

Came with my dog and two kids after a walk. Staff offered my dog water straight away and lots of strokes. Music wasn’t too loud, ambiance was nice. Had a coffee and kids had an ice cream. Everyone looked happy. Would love to see the place have a small refurb tho. It deserves it to match the excellent services received

The pub is absolutely fantastic, with delicious food and drinks. The staff are always cheerful and enjoy engaging in conversation.

This town center pub is perfect. They have fantastic beer, excellent staff, and delicious food. They often have promotions on both food and drinks. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with live sports, quizzes, and karaoke nights.

One consistently rude staff member, has put this on our group's no go list. Rude to not only to myself but to 8 of our group of 12. SMILE it costs nothing and will make YOU feel better Food good though.
