Bidrage med feedbackBest Thai I’ve had in ages. Tom yum soup with king prawn zingy hot and fresh. Pad Thai chicken best I’ve had in London. Sit fried vegetables cooked perfectly. Will be coming again when I’m in the area. A*
The food is excellent and vey affordable, we had a great evening with my partner. It’s a nice small restaurant where you would never pick to enter. But worth it!!
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The so-called "vegetarian" dishes actually contained fish sauce. When I brought this up to the manager, instead of apologizing or providing an alternative, they loudly stated that allergies should have been disclosed. The cleanliness of the restroom was also indicative of the overall attitude of the staff. Additionally, the restaurant only accepted cash, and when I asked for a receipt, they told me they would provide a VAT receipt if I kept the paper bill.
I decided to try this restaurant after hearing that it was the best Thai in London. However, I was disappointed by the small and unsanitary space, as well as the poor service. The food was expensive and did not live up to my expectations. I have eaten at other Thai restaurants in central and west London that were much better in terms of quality and atmosphere. Unfortunately, I became ill after dining here, indicating potential hygiene issues. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant as the best Thai option in London.
I placed an online order for the Kung Pao dish, expecting it to contain bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and tofu, which was the main reason I chose this restaurant. However, when my order arrived, it only had tofu, peanuts, and bell peppers (luckily, I am not allergic to peanuts). Additionally, I also ordered a seaweed salad, but received a regular salad instead. I was disappointed with the inconsistencies in my order and do not plan on ordering from this restaurant again. The food was tasty, but it was not what I had originally ordered.
