The Pepys - City of London

Rubbel, the same issue every time. We waited 40 minutes only to be informed that there is a technical problem! This place will never improve! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We all enjoyed a fantastic meal at Pepys. It's a lovely restaurant with great food. The staff were very helpful with our various dietary concerns!

The dining experience was disappointing; we even had to return a dish due to a chemical taste in the salsa that accompanied it. While our waitress was friendly, the service was quite slow. Additionally, we found ourselves seated in the midst of a corporate event. The food was overpriced, and the gorgeous view of the Thames was obstructed by the number of smokers on the balcony. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

The service while friendly was very slow, especially considering that there were only 2 tables that were food at the time when we were there. we ordered the advocado salad that was a main course that was calculated on £14. the size was part of a small starter. I answered if we had received a main course as we were told. the salat had a small piece of asparagus and 2 slices tomaten and a small amount of buffalo mozzarella with a sprinkle of kiefernnüssen. it's a long time since I was in a restaurant where I felt I was torn off for the food, but the pepys achieved a maximum of 10. would never go there again.

We really love The Pepys, thse staff are lovely and it has a great ambience. The food is superb
