Wendy's - Cisco

Visited yesterday on the way back to Dallas. Walked in and ordered through the self serve kiosk. Didn't like it. Ordered the nugget combo but didn't want the drink. I wanted to substitute it for a frosty. Unable to. The whole ordering process , I feel, took way longer than if one of the 6 or so employees that were standing around could've done it. It was pretty bad this time around. I can't give them 1 star because Maybe it was just one of those days. The staff was friendly but I believe it was maybe half of the people's 1st day to work there. Orders where coming out wrong. Orders with no this no that came with this and that. Orders in dine in came all messed up. It was a day, my order never came out had to remind them about it. Staff was nice and made my order but they didn't read the ticket about no cheese. Wasn't

Very friendly folks brand new facility good food prompt service. This is my new fav fast food place

Stop at ranger truck stop,Wendy's is attached, got breakfast meal, service was fast, food was good, associates well mannered, seemed to know their jobs. Ranger also so has hot plate meal available, I checked to be sure I would get a fuel discount on my nastic card and Mud flap app. Yes to both. I'll be back, except for poor entrance off I 20, and that's being worked on...a real good stop off.

Had a bad experience at a Wendy's in Temple Texas so I had quit dining from them. How were they opened a brand new Road Ranger Travel Center out here on 20. So I thought I'd go in and give it a try. I have to say I was very impressed, the food was hot and fresh which was my complaint last time. The help was very friendly and eager to serve. I think maybe that they can get better help out here then back in Dallas-Fort Worth jobs are plentiful. The restaurant was very clean
