Boteco Cafe - Christchurch New Zealand

This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere in the garden area was perfect. Thank you for a great night, wonderful service, and meals. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone.

My friends and I visited Boteco with a deal and were pleasantly surprised by this charming and welcoming cafe. Bringing our own drinks was no issue and the food was delicious, comparable to what I've had at a Mediterranean restaurant. The prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. I will definitely return.

The food at this restaurant is outstanding. Everything is fresh, and you can taste the care that went into preparing each dish, especially the bread which is made just for your plate. This is easily the best Mediterranean food I have had in New Zealand. The manager has a warm and welcoming demeanor, making sure that every guest feels well attended to. I would give them a perfect 10 for customer service and an exceptional 11 for food quality.

I love coming here. The food is authentic, full of flavour, and simply delicious. We loved sharing their meat and vegetarian platters three platters catered for six adults and two children with some leftovers! The service is consistently exceptional responding to minute requests promptly and with a warm smile. The atmosphere is always relaxed, the host is welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend you try Boteco!

This restaurant was a lovely find. We were staying close by in an Air BnB so did not know the restaurant. It was fabulous. Food was authentic, very tasty, good price fully licensed. Service was friendly quick. Highly recommend this restaurant.
