Pizza Hut - Chesnee

The price was too high for what we got. And my pasta was cold. And the service was not very good. The door said they closed at 10:00 and we were there at 8:30. I feel like they were rushing us out.? I will not be back.

Up until last night, the worst this location has done is someone kept changing my name in their system but the guy last night doesn 't need to be there. I was on the phone handling something important on my way there last night and didn 't get to call ahead like I usually do. I tried ordering at the window and the guy said I 'd have to come inside to order because other people would be picking up. I totally understand that but, when I asked if I could just place my order and come back, I was told No. It 's just easier if you come inside. I had a serious back injury a few years ago and, sometimes, it 's excruciatingly painful to walk, hence why I use drive-thrus. I ended up having to go to McHeartburn because your guy was too lazy to take an order.

Had a mix up with order and it was after closing when I received the order. However, the manager got in touch with me and has given me credit on my next order. I have ordered with them many times with no regrets. Thank you for getting back with me tonight. That made it better.

The food has always been great quality, staff has always been friendly, but order accuracy is dreadful. Since summer began at least 6 out of the last 7 orders I received were incorrect. I contacted them and was assured it wouldn't happen again. When I went to pick it up, low and behold, it was incorrect again. Uninstalled the app.

Just ordered here for the first time today I’ve ate At several locations and this is my favorite!! Food was great so was customer service! Pizza was ready soon as I got there to pick up and was still hot when I got home to eat! Will be going again!
