It took me forever to get my food; there was no one in front of me, no one even in line except me. It took me 15 minutes just to get it, and the fries were cold. My chicken wrap had their special sauce all over it and was quite literally slammed together. Lady took my order and kept asking me, What? What did you say? After I repeated myself over six times, I have given this BK multiple chances, and this is the last time I will come here.
Bad service,bad food , horrible management that won't apologize when they mess up her response was we are hiring if you can do better when all I wanted was what I ordered then she made me wait almost a half hour to refund my money I'll never eat there again or recommend them
Walking in with my grandmother the establishment was kept extremely clean and organized. Ordering our food was such a seamless experience without fail or error. The manager (Amber) went above and beyond to make sure our experience was such a wonderful one and one to remember. The cook (Don) went above and beyond as well to make sure we had everything we wanted and it was done the right way.I will say that previous times I’ve been here it’s been EXTREMELY slow but now that they’ve hired these 2, the service was EXCEPTIONAL and if your hesitant on giving them another try due to previous slow waiting times I completely understand but if your up to giving them another chance I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!Parking: To the side of the building, very adequate and spacious.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly.
They served fresh food but got part of the order wrong. We pulled back to the drive thru and they were quick to fix the burger we ordered. The gentleman, who I think was a manager, was very apologetic which is rare these days. I am impressed. Highly recommend the Cherryville Burger King.Randy L
