I am a big fan of gindara so I ordered that as an entree. Delicious. I get that it is in an expensive hotel so prices are sky high. I’ve been to many other similar places that offer equally fresh sashimi and gindara, at half (or significantly lower) prices, so value for money is not that great here. I guess, a good sashimi is a good sashimi, as long as the fish is fresh. Think about Tsukiji market for that matter. But then again, this is Aman, so I guess the price is right — it’s relative after all to its other offerings.
