Takieng - Phuket

This restaurant offers the best service I have ever experienced. It is a true 5-star establishment with well-trained staff who are incredibly helpful and efficient. They consistently go above and beyond to exceed our expectations. The breakfast is exceptional, particularly the omelette station. The children's swimming pool is fantastic, complete with slides and fountains that kids love. We always leave this hotel feeling satisfied and delighted with our experience.

The service at this restaurant is the best I have experienced at any Marriott hotel. I was able to upgrade to a villa with my Marriott membership and had a wonderful birthday celebration. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making it very comfortable. The room had a large bathroom and the laundry service was reasonably priced. The breakfast was also quite good, with fresh pancakes that tasted delicious.

Ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday. very clean modern facilities super friendly staff throughout the resort from reception to budgeting. the young ladies working on the pool are amazing: fantastic eating in all restaurants, first-class breakfast. we will be coming back soon

The beach promenade and the runge are beautiful and perfect for sunset. hotel area offers a relaxing atmosphere for a wonderful holiday. the personal is very attentive hotel interieur is well designed with contemporary touch. deluxe room is very spacious and good value for money. both adults and children's pools are a beautiful breakfast with many options and the venue is beautiful with peaceful lotus pond. eating in takieng and sandbox are both very grateful for a super wonderful stay. we will definitely come back!

Not reach the expectation! We have stayed in Phuket for 5 nights and spent 2 nights at Renaissance which was the worst experience in our trip. The service was hit and miss. Starting from the check in, staff was not nice at all and couldn’t explain everything clearly. The worst one is the parking lot, which was not that far (within 5 minutes walk) but the perspective was terribly bad especially after and during the rain fall. There were also having not enough shuttle service between the hotel and parking lot. I understand that the hotel parking lot, they used it for holding the event for “Ford Rangers” and this was directly affected to the convenience and etc for other guests. If you have not enough space, you should not say yes and accept this kinds of event for the hotel. 2 stars for the hotel exterior and the lovely garden not for service and other facilities.
