Bidrage med feedbackWhen I walked into the Pizza Hut in Chelsea to order a large supreme pizza, I didn’t expect the trouble that would follow. As I was leaving, I received a notification on my phone indicating that I had been charged three times for my pizza—each charge showing a different amount that did not match my receipt. This was definitely strange, especially since I had to request my receipt while the employee taking my order casually tossed it in the trash. When I showed my bank transactions to the lady assisting me, she noted that two of the charges were processed. I asked for a receipt to confirm the transactions, but she claimed that her machine didn’t provide that. Quite bizarre. I wasn’t given any explanation for what had happened, and to add to the oddness, I noticed 15 printed receipts each showing different totals sitting in the store trash can. Clearly, they were aware that something was amiss but chose not to inform me. She remarked that receipts were simply trash, but I firmly believe that a customer’s receipt should never be regarded as such—unless the customer opts not to keep it. To make matters worse, I had medication waiting for me at the pharmacy in the same shopping center, which I couldn’t pick up due to the uncertainty of the two extra transactions clearing. The pharmacy is closed on weekends, and my medication—antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection diagnosed at urgent care just minutes before I arrived at Pizza Hut—is now inaccessible. I informed the lady of my situation, but she was unhelpful, argumentative, and rude, lacking any customer service skills. The entire experience, with the mismatched charges and the pile of receipts with my name in the trash, felt extremely suspicious and poorly handled. As I said, this is a new experience for me, and not in a good way.
My husband and son enjoy having pizza every ten days, and I believe they've sampled nearly every pizza place out there. While a sit-down restaurant is tough to beat when you have an hour to enjoy your meal, if you're looking for fast, consistently well-made pizzas with generous real food toppings on a fantastic crust, Pizza Hut is hard to match!
I called in my order at 11:01 AM and arrived at 11:18 AM, but the guy who took my order forgot to place it. I understand that mistakes happen, but it would have been appreciated if he had offered a simple apology; I had to wait an extra 10 minutes. This was my first negative experience at the Chelsea location. Additionally, the older gentleman who was serving wasn't wearing gloves.
Lisa dismukes was very polite and my order was quick and I really appreciate her and need more workers like her
I've always had a great experience at Pizza Hut in Chelsea.
