Casa Sofia Chaouen - Chefchaouen

Sophia is a multilingual and cheerful waitress at this cozy restaurant. The most noteworthy aspect is the delicious food, freshly prepared on the spot. The small size of the restaurant can sometimes lead to slight delays, but the quality of the dishes makes it worth the wait. Located away from the touristy areas, behind the main square, the menu offers a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend trying the lemon chicken tajín, vegetable roll, and taoulé.

Sofia speaks almost all languages and is very talkative. But the most important thing is her food, everything is prepared on the spot and the restaurant is small, so it may take a little longer, but it's worth it. It's not as touristy as others in the area (it's behind the square) and everything is delicious. I had chicken tajine with lemon, vegetable roll, and tabbouleh.
