Wendy's - Charleston

The bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly. The burger was tasty, but the fries were not hot. We had to wait for several employees to bring us our frosty, but the last worker who brought it realized how long we had been waiting and apologized.

The food was good, but the service was poor. Multiple employees came to the counter, but ignored the customers in line. It wasn't until a hired man noticed the line after 5 minutes and yelled out that someone finally took our order. This person claimed they didn't see us, which was ironic considering their hair was covering their eyes like a sheepdog or cousin. I doubt they could see much. The service was also careless and the worker's long hair should have probably been covered with a hair net.

I ordered the nugget and strawberry salad, but they only gave me three dipping sauces for one row of nuggets and no sauce for the second row. Cheating customers with fewer sauces is not a successful strategy in the long run.

The store was extremely busy. The staff were kind and courteous even when customers were treating them horribly. Thank you for demonstrating grace and patience for everyone there when the parents were showing them how not to act.

Drive thru was fast, order was correct, food was hot and fresh. First time I ever ordered breakfast there and it was delicious.
