Umami Sushi Hibachi Grill - Charleston

I consistently have a fantastic experience at Hibachi Express. The B1 Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was filled with tender chicken smothered in a generous amount of sauce. The A5 Vegetable Tempura, which comes with eight pieces, was a hearty serving and incredibly delicious. I'm thrilled to have access to such excellent Japanese food in Charleston.

I had the H7 Hibachi Chicken and Shrimp along with the R4 California Roll, and both were fantastic! I felt completely satisfied, yet it appeared as though I hadn’t even touched my meal! The portions were generous, and the quality was excellent!

The Pad Thai noodles had a good flavor, but they were quite dry and clumped together in a tight ball, so much so that my plastic fork broke and I had to use a metal one to eat them. The Green Curry was delicious and met my expectations. The S7 Kimchi was also very enjoyable.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The food was served hot and absolutely delicious!

The sushi was excellent, and the crab rangoons were also tasty. The Kani Salad was just okay; it wasn't prepared the way I'm used to from other places, but that's just my personal preference. I will definitely order from here again!
