Panera Bread - Charleston

Customer service is terrible, the general manager Probably should be retrained. Not to mention the worst Paneras I’ve ever been to and I’ve been getting lunches for hospitals and doctors now for 10+ years.

This is one of the worst Panera Bread locations I have ever been to. They have slow service and have been shut down a number of times when they should have been open. Most recently, we took a gift card with over a $40 balance. They told me that the gift card was inactive and we're unable to process it. I asked them to try it again and they did, they were also able to see that there was a balance on the card. Great selection of items super fast service in most locations their pastries are amazing along with their soups and sandwiches

Every time I get delivery it’s always messed up. I’ve ordered three times in the passed 7 months, today they forgot half my order and in the past few orders they’ve given me the wrong soup. Clearly don’t check before they send out their deliveries.

I love it there, it's a little expensive but it's so yummy!!!
