Burger King Toddington

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There was a young girl and some guys working at the service tills. I understand that times are tough right now, but this girl was completely ignoring me and other customers when we asked questions. We waited a long time for our order to be prepared, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the mistake, the girl continued to ignore us. As other customers started to get upset, she rudely told them to calm down and then proceeded to swear loudly in front of children. She didn't seem to care about the long line of customers waiting and even gave us the finger, telling us to go away. I have worked in similar jobs before and I know how tough they can be, but you should never treat customers this way. The manager was no help either, offering no apologies for the terrible service and swearing. We ended up waiting over an hour for our food, which was also prepared incorrectly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend this restaurant.

Filthy tables and floors, separation screens covered in food and drink . Staff stood around behind counter having a laugh. Too young/ inexperienced/ untrained? No covid guidelines being adhered to at all !

Server was friendly enough but thats where the pleasantries ended. Burger and chips hit me for Walked minute back to Travelodge and to my horror, chips were stone cold (not even luke warm) and were ROCK hard. Am sure they just swept them...off the floor and bagged them for me so they went in the bin! Burger was disgusting. So cold the fat had started to harden and go white on the burger so that went in the bin. Surely my Coke is going to be ok? Sadly not. Genuinely believe I would have been better off drinking driver Tizer so that also went in the bin!

We stopped here for a bite to eat on our way up north. It was about and fairly but not overly busy. Their were about people waiting for their orders but not that many staff only one seemed to be working the...counter. We ordered two meal deals which took about minutes to prepare. The seating area was very dirty and most of the tables had left over meals and packaging- the floor was disgusting as obviously hadn’t been swept all day. The meal was very poor my burger bun was rock hard as though it had been out in the air for hours and the amendments hadn’t been made I ordered no onions or pickles and added extra cheese I didn’t take it back as didn’t want another minute wait! I left half the burger I’m usually a fan of Burger King but this one at Toddington is to be avoided

This is the worst Burger King I have ever visited. Despite not being busy, it took an incredibly long time to receive my order, which was just a Bacon Double Cheese XL. I waited nearly twenty minutes for it, and when it finally arrived, it was barely warm. There were plenty of staff, but it was evident that they did not care at all. It seemed as though they found it amusing to work slowly and incompetently.
