Hello, I ordered a vegan duck pad kee mao from DoorDash, but received duck pad kee mao instead. I called to inform you of this mistake, not seeking a replacement or refund, but simply to encourage more careful attention to orders in the future. Unfortunately, the staff I spoke with did not seem to understand my concerns, leading to a frustrating experience. I hope this mix-up does not occur with other vegans or vegetarians in the future. Thank you.

This restaurant is very convenient for those who work in Casula Mall Centre. The lunch specials are well-priced and the portions are generous. The food was prepared and ready within 10 minutes of placing the order.

Unfortunately, this restaurant is one of the worst places I have ever experienced Thai food. The dishes lacked flavor and appeared to be cooked without care or passion. We ordered chili basil chicken, chicken laksa, and chicken satay, but the chicken was bland and tasted boiled. The laksa was overly soggy and the noodles were overcooked, resembling rice porridge. The satay chicken was dry and the sauce was one of the worst I have ever tasted - it was salty and lacked balance of flavor. This restaurant should not be in operation at all. It is a disgrace to the reputation of Thai cuisine.

I am sorry to say that the food from this restaurant was quite disappointing. The Pad Thai dish I ordered was mostly noodles with very few vegetables and only a small amount of duck meat. The dish also lacked any discernible flavor. The Panang Curry was very watery and also lacked taste. This was not my first disappointing experience with this restaurant, and I am frustrated that I spent $40 on a meal that did not meet my expectations.
