New Moon Cafe - Casper

This restaurant used to be fantastic, but it has been closed for two years now. It's uncertain what happened, but unfortunately, it is no longer open for business.

This restaurant review comes from a person who scrutinizes everything, from the warm welcome to the food and location. We visited from Texas and the meal was excellent.

In my opinion, this is likely the best Chinese restaurant in the city. It may appear empty when you go in, but their main business is probably takeout. I have dined here three times in the past 20 years, and it remains the best in the city.

A step back in time which was absolutely wonderful. The food and service was great. We will definitely be back.

Terrible smell. Owner served the table in a Winnie the Pooh t-shirt , no bra and slippers, totally unprofessional! The food was hard to eat because of the smell in there. Wouldn't go back ...ever! Good thing for them my father was with me or they wouldn't have gotten a tip at all!
