Cold Stone Creamery - Casper

I believe his name was Daniel. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and truly a fantastic salesman! I've visited a few times, and even when he wasn't there, the staff was outstanding. I enjoyed doing business with them. Happy Holidays, Cold Stone! Thanks for making mine so sweet!

The ice cream here is fantastic! It’s a bit pricey, but you can customize it by blending different flavors and mixes to your liking.

This place is incredibly dirty. If I had known, I wouldn't have ordered the cake, which arrived late because the decorator had never written "congratulations" on a cake before. The floors were not swept, and the tables and chairs were sticky and unclean. The preparation areas were covered in old food. I won’t be returning!

The ice cream was tasty but out of the 182 combinations, I could not get a simple butter pecan or even a butter nut or maple nut. Very disappointed I had to get some new wave candy mixed with 16 kinds of chocolate/peanut butter or a vanilla cone. Granddaughter did however loved hers.
