Z Bistro - Carson City

We are sooooooooooooo lucky to have Z Bistro, Gilles and Tina here in Carson City!!! The food is spectacular!!! Gilles’ love of food is reflected in the presentation, taste, and texture of EVERY dish he creates. We dine here frequently and have never been anything but thrilled and delighted with whatever we have chosen from their innovative menu. And if the mouth -watering food wasn’t enough, their kindness and compassion as human beings is heartwarming! Thank you for all you do to make our every visit an awesome dining experience!!! This is a gem in Carson City. The food is delicious, the service fantastic. Being from France, this is the real deal. It is by far the best restaurant in Carson City and a must. While I have loved everything that I have ever had in the 10 years I've been going, they have the best burger and fries. Make sure to leave room for dessert because their chocolate mouse is out of this world and the panna cotta is outstanding. Thank you Tina and Gilles!

We have been eating here for 10 years and Gilles always manages to tantalize our taste buds with his delicious creations. Yum.
