Duke's Steakhouse - Carson City

This is the best steakhouse in town! We have visited more than 5 times now and every experience has been flawless. The steaks are always cooked to perfection, the salads are fresh, the seasonal vegetables are delicious, and the baked potato and mashed potatoes are creamy and satisfying. The dessert selection is always exciting, with a variety that changes regularly, but the Creme brûlée is particularly outstanding. The ambiance is romantic with low lighting, making it an ideal spot for any special occasion.

The lobster at this restaurant is amazing! It is tender, delicious, and huge. We first tried it in August and just went back again tonight (Nov. 25). It is still the best! Tonight, the rack of lamb was the standout dish!

Step onboard to this gorgeous establishment and dine fine. The 10oz Filet was superb with a rich, smoky flavor and a buttery finish. The oysters Rockefeller was superb with a delectable touch of sweetness. The star of the Caesar salad was the parm chips and anchovies. After my husband finished the beef wellington, he stated, That was the best appetizer he has ever had. A bold statement as we have dined all of the country. It was also stated that the loaded baked potato was the best he has had in a long time.. It was done correctly. Everything was put together and portioned correctly. The microgreens were the most fresh I 've ever tasted. I 've never had microgreens that didn 't smell off like bleach or mildew. The banana cream pie tart with caramel was sinful but light. Love the divine little truffles that were given out with the check. A sweet and thoughtful touch to add to our $200 bill. Shawn provided excellent service. The food was timed perfectly, and he was very attentive. Wonderful night!!

Everything we had was very tasty and the waiter was very nice and took good care of us.
