Sonic Drive-in - Carson City

The food was delicious! Unfortunately, the person who hired on the drive up took a little impatient when they lose the order so they lose 1 star for this review. I'd like to come back here!

Love their cream slushes they're amazing any flavor. For me thier food is average I wouldn't go out of my way to eat it but I would go out of my way to get their desserts especially their cream slush.

Great ice cream. The employees do not seem happy everytime we go. Very short with us and seem to always have a attitude. Only have experienced this in the drive thru though. Car hoops are always friendly.

Ordered online. Followed instructions to the T . App said check in when you arrive. I went on the app and it said to input the stall you are at and we will be right out. All stalls had tape around them so I parked in a convenient spot right in front of a stall and sent the number. App says Great! We will be out shortly to stall 7. No one ever came. I finally walked up to the door after sitting 10 feet away from the window for over 20 minutes, watching the people inside take turns pointing and looking at my vehicle. I assume wondering why I have not just figured it out on my own. When I got to the door and they finally answered, they said sorry but all our stalls are closed due to covid. You were supposed to go through the drive through. No signs, no instructions online, nothing. In other words, dont bother ordering online, it took way more time then it would have if I just ordered in the drive through. Food was fine, typical Sonic food, no complaints. Just reviewing my experience and staff.

I was just there. Something is broken because I couldn't hear the person taking my order. I asked a question about the juice box? It had to be the manager. All of a sudden a loud voice yelled at me, apple juice!! My granddaughter enjoyed her food. The young sweet people at the drive thru was nice, sweet and did a great job. In today's world it was nice to see them doing a great job. I will never come back. I don't care for rude people.
