Round Table Pizza - Carson City

I ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza and drove to pick it up drove all the way home and when we opened the box this is what it looked like. I'm guessing about 20 maybe 25% of the pizza has no cheese and no pepperoni on it. That means I just got ripped off by round table of about 25% of my family's meal. Not only did I drive there to pick it up and drive back home but then I had to drive all the way back to get it fixed wait for them to cook it and drive all the way back home. The whole purpose of ordering it online was to not have to wait for them to cook it but all because of a lazy employee here's what happens. Does it ever end? I give Round Table Pizza a D- on this one. I give them credit for owning up to the mistake and making my family a new pizza but I would rather they just get it right the first time.

Sucks they didn't have the lunch buffet! I visited from Texas and was so looking forward to introducing round table pizza buffet to my son,niece and nephew! Still delicious pizza!

I used to love the pizza buffet and everybody else did too unfortunately they won't bring it back it still says on their website they have it that's false advertising I wish they were doing it back

I ordered a pizza for delivery the evening of 10/16/22. I never got my pizza. I called the next day and was nonchalantly told by a manager that my order was cancelled or ?voided? because they closed early. No one from the store contacted me. I used to order from them a lot. Not any more! This isn?t the first problem I?ve encountered. Service and quality seem to be going downhill.

Well mix of fresh ingredients and its Round House Pizza what could go wrong.
