Roberto's Taco Shop - Carson City

Service was normal but food was horrible, I had Carnitas Tacos and the meat had a bad flavor. The taste was like old old lard, I think they might re heat the meat over and over. It made my stomach upset.

Ordered a Burrito it was Songie and uncooked were if pick it up it falls apart and your fingers would go through it. Also way to Oily and can only tast the oil and not anything else, and the service sucks were had to wait 45 minutes and very rude staff and half the time don't speak English welcome to America your not in Mexico so learn English disrespectful and rude. The inside of the restaurant smells like **** like backed up Sewage and seen staff members come out of the bathroom without washing there hands or even hear the water running from the sink. Don't go here or will get sick.

Always extravagant food large amounts of everything the best treatment you've ever seen as a customer, it's really sad to see them go.

Ordered chicken enchiladas and they were excellent. The refried beans, not so much. They had either sat too long or something else dried them out. Refried beans should not be crispy.

They have great tacos and burritos. They are super friendly. You can hang out or get it to take home whichever makes you happy.
