This review is for customer service, would have given no stars.... Lady before me was charged for my order, then recognized it and asked about the cost of my meal, they would not give her the money back for some Stuipid reason... The girl in the register asked me if I could pay the lady for my meal... my answer was not to fix your problem manger came out and would still not give the lady her money back.... just wrote on the back of her recruit that she would get a free meal next time.... what the hell is that business to do.... Don't think I'll ever go back because they're handling it...

Cons: ?very few fresh dishes ready to be served, most soggy and been sitting there awhile and/or are empty and unmade. ?unhappy staff who you can 't get to crack a smile The facility is fairly clean and what I truly love at this location is that they still make potstickers. All the Reno/Sparks locations stopped and I missed them terribly so everytime I 'm in Carson a stop here just for these is always in my game plan! The somewhat downside is that the staff no matter how nice you are and try to thank and get them to smile, they just aren 't the friendliest people. They do however serve descent portion sizes, which I greatly appreciate. The other downside is that at 11:30 they only had half dishes made and the other half empty of the ones that were out, there weren 't really any fresh options to choose from. Most appeared soggy or stale. I even had to microwave my string bean chicken after a 2 min drive to my friend 's house (which I usually don 't get string bean chicken but was the most appealing fresh ish item of what was there). The temperature of all the items was lukewarm to room temperature. All needed a good nuke in the microwave to revive it. I still love the potstickers, but truly wish the food was more freshly made or more options available.

Customer service is in the toilet. The heavy set caucasian with blue eyes was incredibly rude and respectful. Developed her eyes and shattered a comment to her employee and started laughing while my wife ordered because my wife is pregnant and wanted another side, because what she chose first felt nautically absolutely pathetic. Better employees

We were always very impressed by this restaurant. there is always a lot of hardworking employees and eating is always fresh and very good! for such a young crew they all make a great job!
