Keva Juice - Carson City

I really adore the pretzels here, particularly the spinach feta and jalapeño varieties. The smoothies are also fantastic; I've tried many and have loved nearly every one! Usually, my friend places our orders, so I don't often use Doordash for this place. However, there have been several occasions where we've received missing side items, which is why I'm giving it three stars. For example, it's quite common for them to forget the cheese when ordering pretzels, even when I've paid for extra cheese, and we've also had cookies missing once.

Keva Juice is consistently bustling due to their excellent offerings. However, it would be beneficial if they labeled their drinks more clearly. We ordered one purple drink and three different orange ones, and we had to do a taste test to figure out which was which.

The food is always delicious, but my server was quite rude when I inquired about how long it would take for my order to be ready. I experienced poor customer service today. Overall, it's usually a pleasant experience.

I ordered the Boba Oasis bowl. Ive had this many times before and never had a complaint. I dont know if they were out of stuff or what but there was hardly any blend. It was only half full with mostly just frozen peaches and a couple frozen strawberries. Waste of money

Fantastic smoothies! The customer service was top-notch! The young man who took my order, I believe his name was John, was both professional and very friendly. I'll definitely be coming back!
