Ihop - Carson City

Great pancakes and hash browns. There are a lot of pancake options. But just some orange juice costs 3 dollars. Great food and pretty good environment but not the best if your trying to save a buck.

I love this ihop! eating is always fabulous and the personal is simply wonderful that I went there a few paintings and they treat me like family. so a good, comfortable place to eat or just for a easy snack to talk to friends.

We came here to breakfast this morning. I ordered sausages, eggs over medium, and some hash brown. I liked it, but it was pretty basic. my wife got a French toast with berries and bananas. she really liked what she got. it met the place for a quick bite to eat.

It was super slow so that's why the two stars! When our food arrived my boyfriends pancakes were were blueberry and not plain like he ordered no big deal she took them back and a few minutes later his regular pancakes arrived burnt no worries he bit his tongue and asked for some extra butter and when her eyes rolled and she walked away I'd had enough! Mind you during this dining time a table of 8 tourist dressed to go skiing were seated behind us. They sat for about 10 minutes when one stopped a passing busboy and asked for their server as they were ready to order. Mind you they hadn't even received drinks yet. Another 10 minutes pass with no waitress in sight and the party of eight simply got up and left. We were finished appetite ruined. As we walked through the restaurant I counted 5 tables occupied with an over abundance of employees. The party of 8 was justified in walking out! Very disappointed with the IHOP located in Carson City. A little bit of advice learn some customer service skills and treat all your guest as you would expect to treated. Slow down and pay attention to the orders and take pride in what your serving!

I've been to this location many times as a local resident, used to be a regular but it's really gone downhill in recent years. Both food quality and service. Staff is always friendly though, they just give you food and forget about you. Your lucky to even get a check, let alone drink refills
