Black Bear Diner - Carson City

I had an incredible breakfast experience with generous portions served on large oval plates. During my stay at the hotel, I tried a variety of meals, and each one was sizable, made with high-quality ingredients, and absolutely delicious! They don’t rely heavily on salt for flavor, which I appreciated. Although the restaurant is located inside a casino, I sat towards the back and didn’t notice any smoke. Our waitress was attentive and kept our water glasses filled. Vic, the General Manager, personally brought our food to the table and ensured we were completely satisfied.

They take care not to overdo the salt in any dish, allowing the fresh flavors to shine through. Although the restaurant is located in a casino, I was seated in the back and didn’t notice any smoke. Our waitress was incredibly attentive, keeping our water cups topped up throughout our meal. Vic, the General Manager, even stopped by our table with our food to ensure that we were completely satisfied. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!
