Arby's - Carson City

The food is consistently excellent, but the portion sizes for the fries are disappointing. I ordered a large, but I received a medium-sized serving in a large container. This seems to happen frequently. It feels like a subtle way of suggesting that I shouldn't be ordering a large because of my weight.

I hadn't visited this restaurant chain in years, but I decided to take my son along since we had some gift cards. I was pleasantly surprised by the expanded menu, which features some really interesting options. Initially, the cashier struggled with the gift card, but a manager stepped in, took care of it, and kindly invited us to have a seat. She later brought me the receipt along with the gift card, highlighting the remaining balance. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, served hot, and tasted excellent. I'm excited to make this place a regular stop in the future. The restaurant was clean, the decor was nice, and the parking lot was well-maintained.

The food is fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. This is my favorite spot on my way to school in Reno. The meals are consistently served hot, and the crinkle fries are the best! Thank you, Jack and Mary, for purchasing this place.

Our waitress Rebecca D and the manager were both absolutely wonderful!!! Super sweet and caring, and the food was AMAZING!! The burgers were perfectly done and the wings were awesome! Definitely coming again!!

September 2017. I signed up for email specials on-line a few years ago and this latest visit included a FREE small drink and small fries with a purchase of any Bourbon BBQ sandwich. I chose the Triple Stack (steak, brisket and turkey) which cost about $8. This restaurant is always reasonably clean (even during weekday lunch-time rushes) and the staff has always been friendly and personable. My drive thru experiences have always been reasonable or fast. The building is due for a remodel. The restroom has always been clean. WARNING: The Mountain of Meat sandwich is enough food for 2 or 3 adults! $10 plus tax.
