Vietnamese Mint - Carindale

Nice place with menu displayed as you go in. We have eaten here twice this month and the food is reasonable. Had chicken and cashew nuts on our first visit and noodles with a combination of meats and prawns. The chicken was OK but not to my taste but the vegetables were good and the flavour fine. It’s very reasonably priced and good for a quick meal.

Hubby and I visited for the first time tonight. Hubby got the Honey Soy Chicken Noodles. Didn't make him ill or anything. Not greasy at all, which is really refreshing. I really wanted the noodle salad but there was no choice of a mild beef or prawns. I went with the Singapore Noodles. Subtle flavour, added a little soy from the table and it was also very clean to eat and didn't upset my fussy tummy. I wish they were a bit more flexible with choices, but, apart from that, will be returning. Sadly, 1 1/2 hours into service, no panko crumbed prawns : We went with the Vietnamese Spring Rolls instead, and again, no disappointment.

The title of this review says it all. The staff are lovely and service is fast and attentive. The prices are very reasonable and the food is consistently beautiful. If you haven’t tried this little gem in Bulimba, it’s definitely worth a go!

Lovely Vietnamese restaurant, pho always hits the spot. Clean, friendly and fast service makes it a great place after the movies.
