Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

I visited this 24-hour McDonald's three times in the past three weeks, and each time it was closed. Additionally, when they were open, they forgot how to cook my eggs and a Bronco's burger at certain hours. These are two items I have ordered there for years. Overall, I feel justified in giving them zero stars as I have had no food to show for my three weeks of trying.

Awful experience. None of the 3 burgers we ordered were made correctly, including the chicken burger which only had 2 meat patties inside when we opened the box. The duty manager initially argued about our complaint before eventually fixing the orders. Overall, a very disappointing experience that took nearly an hour to get our lunch.

This McDonald's is consistently disappointing. They frequently make mistakes with drive-through orders and often ask you to park to the side and wait because the drive-through is too busy.

The store is clean and the food is ok. sometimes though, the staff don't get the orders correct. after coming home twice missing thugs, I now check the takeaway bag before we leave. when you bring it to their attention, they are quite pleasant but still, 1 in every 3-4 times they get it wrong. I think the issue is the workers are all too young. should have older. mature ones as well so they can guide the younger ones. had coffee a couple if times and not too bad for a Maccas.
