Despite facing technical issues that caused some orders to be missed, they took the time to follow up and ensure everyone received their correct order. They were very polite and apologetic for the extended wait. I was thoroughly impressed and hope the staff can give themselves a pat on the back for their efforts.
I recently stopped by for an early breakfast at this restaurant as we work overnight shifts. The staff member working was incredibly sweet and was managing everything on her own. She was wearing the striped McCafe uniform and even called us "love". Having worked in fast food myself, I understand the pressure of working short-staffed during busy times, but she handled it with grace and was delightful.
We ordered a large quantity of the golden delicious nuggets (3 orders of 24) and they were hot and fresh!! We were delighted and impressed by the size of our order. Thank you!
Food was good, nil concern, but the service was very poor. The rubbish bin were full and customer started to left the rubbish on top of the tables, nobody was there to clean the rubbish. When I was to put the complaint and started to talk with the supervisor another employee started to some sort of getting very upset and said they don’t have cleaners to do that.
We asked for a dine in meal and were given a take away meal. We asked for decaf coffee and were told they had run out of decaf. After dining in at a table with our take away meal bags, we found the rubbish bin was full and overflowing. We went to the restrooms and found the hand basins badly needed cleaning. Our cappuccino was also way too hot. This was a terrible experience. One of the worst McDonalds restaurants in Brisbane.
