My Cookie Dough - Cardiff

SO good! This was my second attempt at purchasing an item from My Cookie Dough. The first attempt was a few months ago, when I was in Cardiff briefly for a show (I’m not local to Cardiff, and only come here around 3 times a year for a show or a concert . I’d checked their opening times, and went when they should have been open, however when I got there, there was nobody to be seen. I thought that perhaps the staff member had gone to the toilet, so I waited and waited, but nobody came. I eventually left and unfortunately did not get a chance to go back before heading home. I did message them and was told they might have gone on a break, but surely they should have put a sign up if this was the case? With an idea of when we can expect them back? Also, when I went back yesterday, there were two staff members, so both staff members shouldn’t have been on a break the same time anyway. Anyhoos, I was back in Cardiff yesterday for a show, and decided to visit My Cookie Dough again. I’m pleased to say this visit was far more successful. There were two very friendly, cheerful members of staff there serving. After a bit of deliberation (there was such a tempting choice, it was hard to make up my mind! , I opted for a Kinder Bueno Stack. Oh. My. Goodness. It was SOOOOOOO good. Luckily, there was an empty bench behind the My Cookie Dough stand (they don’t have their own seating , so I sat down there to eat it. I’d had cookie dough with ice cream a few times before from the ice cream/dessert van that visits our village once a week during spring/summer/early autumn time, and have always enjoyed it, but to be honest, when they restart later this month, I don’t know how I’m going to enjoy it, as I’m just going to be comparing it to My Cookie Dough now. It’s just not going to be the same. I don’t know when I’ll be back in Cardiff next as I don’t actually have anything booked at the moment, but rest assured, the moment I’m back in Cardiff, I’ll be heading straight to My Cookie Dough!

It’s actually amazing every single time i go. without fail. staff are polite, very clean environment and overall quality cookie dough

Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with this company, tried to contact them to see if there was anything that could be done but no response. it's been 4 weeks since the initial email, and I've sent it twice. very disappointing.

Ordered a Home bake it yourself kit. One cookie dough was missing. I contacted customer service and they were very unhelpful. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

Please be aware, this review is for the London locations, but it’s great wherever you go, insane cookie dough, even better toppings and an unbeatable staff service!
