Magic Wrap - Cardiff

I went to lunch and ordered a package without cranberry, as I can't stand the taste, so ordered the festive package without. to my surprise when I came to the office, I found that they contained it. when I contacted her there. they did not seem to be disturbed and had no reason to answer me. bad customer experience!

This place I have tried a few times and every time this place surprises me . Twice now ordered falafel wrap and Magic got chicken . It seems they don’t care about it and happy to serve over priced wrong food . Avoid at all...cost , if you don’t believe me try it urself . I tried 3 times Barrack lane branch of magic wrap . It’s a Magic what u find inside . I have reported them to food standard agency and trading standard .

Wow the wraps here are something else. I had a toasted jerk chicken wrap with haloomi cheese which was so lovely and filling. Was also happy to see they stock the brand “real crisps” which go lovely with the wrap

I love this place. Really tasty wraps and loads of choice. Every time I'm in Cardiff I head back here.

Love this place. I have a loyalty card that shows how much I love it. A much much better version of a subway with nicer ingredients and tastier wraps. I love a large whole meal wrap with Toby filling. I visit whenever in the area...at lunch time, so fresh, relatively healthy and delicious
