This is an excellent unique type of cafe, where the freshness and quality of the ingredients, the sauces, the soup and coffee is amazing. The soup of the day was delicous, and the flat white coffee was so flavoursome. Very good personal service, and the Chefs are very passionate in the presentation and making the food delicous. Have been a regular of over 2 years now and I must say the black coffee is just as I like it, not to bitter not to bland, just perfect! The food is another level all together. I’m trying to eat as healthy as possible and at LA Cafe everything is prepared from scratch, no packets, tins, pre prepared food what so ever, they even make their own dressings! That means no rape or palm oil, no additives, food chemicals etc. A menu brunch favourite of mine is the avocado toast, sublime! Service wise fast, efficient and friendly just like going to Spain, food brought swiftly and tables are cleared promptly and cleaned when done ready for the next customer. The whole place is also bright , cheery and nice and clean. Sit inside or on the pavement which I do to watch the World go by

I visited La Cafe today with my (picky, 9 year old son on the strength of the reviews. And really, the reviews do not do it justice. I plumped for the soup (truffle based, with toasted garlic sourdough bread , and my son chose the pretzel based sausage bap. The bap met with approval through virtue of the fact that my son ate it (no small feat , and as for the soup it was sublime. On occasion I've eaten in Michelin star restaurants in the past, and this was truly comparable. Absolutely delicious. The owner was clearly passionate and super attentive, going from table to table to check everyone was satisfied (and just for a chat! and as a result recommended we wait a little longer for the dessert of the day. So it turned out wisely, we took the recommendation which resulted in the dessert pictured. Pistachio, chocolate, toffee, cream: rich and wonderful truly first rate. The kicker was the price: quality at a level above anything else in Sutton for cafe prices. All in all, an amazing, incredibly welcome experience. La Cafe thoroughly deserves the universally positive reviews!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the passionate and cheerful owner, whose hospitality set the tone for our experience. Our taste buds were tantalized by the famous croissants and berry pancakes, which not only satisfied our sweet cravings but also left us refreshed and invigorated by their flavors. However, what truly surprised us was the impeccable quality of the hot beverages. Served in renowned French LE CREUSET cups, the Mocha, Americano, and hot chocolate retained their temperature and flavor, providing us with a wholly different coffee tasting experience. We eagerly anticipate returning to Sutton Best of the Best Cafe to explore their diverse menu and sample more of their exquisite beverages. Overall, it 's a gem nestled in Sutton 's culinary scene, offering both exceptional food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
