Wow, this restaurant is a total dive. Every time I've been here, I've had to clean off my own table of dirty cups and trays or ask for help to clear the dirty tables so I can enjoy my coffee in a clean environment. It seems like no one is taking responsibility for keeping the place clean and welcoming for customers. I know there are better, cleaner places to relax and enjoy a coffee break.

Costa was just as inviting as always. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. There were plenty of seats available and a spacious car park. I have awarded 4 stars because the food selection was lacking today. The restrooms could also benefit from more frequent cleaning. Overall, Costa is consistently a great spot to savor a delicious cup of coffee!

I only use the drive-through at this branch, but I find it to be a convenient location for regular visits to the area, despite the challenge of getting in and out of the retail park. The service is always good, with friendly staff at the window. I didn't give a 5-star rating for the atmosphere because, in my opinion, it is just a window and it's located around the back. Overall, I would give it a 5-star rating for the usual Costa standard.

I don 't know if all Costa 's are the same. But I took some 20mins before several tables were cleared I had to clear my own table by stacking onto another table! Why haven 't Costa adopted the idea of having a 'stacking trolley ' so that when customers have finished, they can then place their finished 'tray ' of cups, plates, etc, in the trolly. The coffee shop itself was OK, but it seemed a little grubby. I don 't want to blame the staff, but I believe better organisation and attention to detail might be an idea. Overall, it was an average experience.
