I never write reviews for places, but was so dissapointed at this place I needed to try to scare others from the wasting of their gelding. we have eaten a coffee and a lunch. now, where do I start at all, the waitress was. very difficult to understand, not sure, from which country she came, and atmospheric oh my heart was lukewarm. no smiling, how is it? nothing! it came back to take our order and literally torn away the menu while still in our hands. we just ordered a straight, simple hot dog and fry and pancake, the hotdog had no taste and was as if it had been in water far to long and lost all taste, the bungalow was on the outside where it was so dry and prob about its date, I think they need it in a plate or something like the tip of it was hard that were chips like they were chilled time. At some point the pancakes came and they were as if they did not tip pancakes, it was ridiculously far to thick meaning they were very stoney and not at all beautiful. would never go back again. never seen how to be such abusive and rude fellow workers. pfft American diner, they would not keep in a real American diner they are far to miss.

My man and I called today for an easy lunch, the two waitresses could not be disturbed, it took good minutes before even the menu was given to us, then a few minutes before she came and took our order. while we were waiting for our foods to arrive at at at least other groups, came and were so saved that they were waiting for them all up and down. No one from the staff seemed a little disturbed that they had lost a considerable amount of intake from these people, then finally our food came very basic for a bacon egg and we were not keen panini, who had been cooked on ice in a slotted flock.

I and my partner came for a lunch on november we have never heard before so decided to order a burger and burger for me. we didn't know what to expect when to eat. it hit all ours. expect the food price, where appropriate and drinks, where appropriate. burger, where so delicious. we had the marilyn monroe classic burger . will definitely recommend to go the people here.

I am absolutely appalled with the lack of knowledge for allergy advice with your employee. My husband is lactose free. We were told that what he ordered was lactose free. When his food arrived we noticed the burger bun was actually a brioche. Although the...menu did not state this. We asked the waitress about the ingredients she told us she didn't know and that she had disposed of the wrapper. Left quite stunned I asked is there a way of finding out as were sure brioche buns contain milk. She said she would have to contact the suppliers which would take some time. I obviously said yes that's fine. We saw her use the phone and shouted over there's no answer. And carried on with her duties. At this point my husband just ate the inside of the bun. No apologies or alternative were offered. She hadn't made any communication with any other staff which I thought was strange. The allergen booklet now as handed to us. However. It is extremely basic. Rather tha. List ingredient for the meals it just stated the whole meal name and whether it had certain allergens inside. Very disappointed.
