I typically visit a different restaurant in Brisbane, but I found myself on the other side of town and decided to give this one a try. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The portion sizes were poor, and the food didn’t taste very good. The chips were undercooked, and the staff appeared to be completely unaware of what they were doing.

I went to the restaurant with a friend and ordered a party platter. My quarter chicken was dried out and disappointing. I tried to call for assistance, but no one answered the phone. I will not be ordering from here again.

We have frequented Nandos Capalaba, but our last experience was very disappointing. Asked to sit down order from the online menu. Paid, waited, waited. Order was lost. Our waitress didn't know how to use the online system, or find our order. Another staff member found it.1:15mins later our order was presented in a take-away bag and we were told their was a mistake we could un wrap it ourselves or take it away.Lucky the chicken tastes better than taste left from the dine in service.
