I was very disappointed to see this restaurant close. It was one of the best local bakeries I had come across in all my travels. I always found something new and delicious to try, and the service was exceptional! The owners were down-to-earth, friendly, and always willing to accommodate special orders. A true gem in the area. The people were great, the food and drinks were amazing, and the atmosphere was fantastic. After my first visit, this place quickly became a weekly tradition for our family!

7 Grams is my go-to spot for a snack any time of day! My wife and I visit at least once a week. Their kolaches are simply amazing - I can't even find the words to describe how delicious they are. Not only are they authentic and affordable, but they are also made with healthy ingredients. They use fresh fruit for their sweet pastries and Hill Country sausages in their savory options. My personal favorite is the cheese and berry kolache, paired with their exceptional coffee, which is hands down the best in Canyon Lake. Whether you enjoy a simple americano or a fancy latte, you can count on a great cup of coffee here. The cherry on top of this fantastic place is the staff - the owners are always friendly, remembering customers' names and favorites.
