Guys this is such a cozy place to come and eat some real home cooking and it's fair price. They make anything from huevos rancheros to hamburgers. The only thing is that sometimes there are not enough waiters for the tables BUT they do a great.job

Amazingly great home cooking and prices. Just have to remember cash or check. Kid-friendliness: Even put chocolate chips in pancakes for the kiddos.

A Canyon Lake ORIGINAL local treasure. Serving locals for decades… Friday Live music and the best Catfish you can find anywhere! Service was amazing as well as our food. I first started eating here in the 70’s when Oma (grandma) was cooking and meeting customers at the door. Her tradition of excellence has never stopped. A MUST visit while in the Hill Country

An all-around great place! I have only been once, but the breakfast tacos are amazing! Water is directly from the tap, tastes unfiltered, but I'd say it's the only downside. I love the aesthetic inside and the service is very positive and friendly.
