Kofuku Sushi - 서구 Canada

My go to sushi restaurant in the neighbourhood. Food is great, the fried udon noodle with tofu is delicious with lots of fresh vegetables. Takeout orders are quick and the prices are reasonable.

If you're not a younger or older white male, you won't get served on-time and you won't be treated properly. Many of my older white friends and non-white female friends of diverse ages have noted the same. We used to go there regularly during our lunch time as we work close by, but now we've stopped going. The food is good, but the attitude of one particular woman, Janice, is truly horrible! She is rude, impolite, and has zero social skills. But, she is quite submissive to older white dudes. It's remarkable to see how she shifts her behaviour, and it's so obvious. I used to spend thousands of dollars there in take out lunch and dinners, but I won't do that anymore. They are grossly under staffed and Janice is outwardly racist as well! Their staff don't take time off when they're sick and they spread the germs, including Covid! Several of us have reported this to the BIA, and we have been calling Food and Safety on them as well.

Favourite sushi place in the neighbourhood. Quality ingredients and I love that you don’t get a ton of rice in the maki rolls.

Very good ? Maki tray MT1. Good value, lots of good maki. 2 people eating, meal for two days.
