Hansom Lounge - Camden

We had afternoon tea as part of a spa day. It was fabulous, delicious food, and the lovely, efficient and friendly Erinda to guide us through it, and ensure we got the best out of the food and drinks. The venue is stunning, the food fresh and tasty and you do not feel rushed or crowded. A real oasis of afternoon calm.

HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK: There was a MOUSE running about as I was eating finger sandwiches. Staff was non existent, had to get up twice to tell someone and head over to the reception area, the staff lady did not even ask if I’d liked to move to another area I went back to my seat and the mouse was STILL THERE.

Excellent customer service and excellent quality of wines and fresh food served for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner that take into consideration any food allergies that you may have seriously so you never suffered an allergic reaction to any of their food or drinks. I have been a regular customer of the Hansom restaurant and the staff are always time efficient that offered excellent customer service and the whole team are genuinely nice people that offered a five star quality service at all times.

Our train was cancelled so we decided to have a quick drink in this place. Its was very relaxed compared to the others highly recommended, before travelling, the staff were very friendly especially Lee who gave us a quick tour to their amazing staircase. Will comeback again!

Service, food , quality, excellent, would highly recommend. From the minute we walked in until the minute we left everything was just perfect.
