Bidrage med feedbackI ordered the Mongolian chicken. I felt like reverse discrimination because there were Asians dining whose food was drastically better than mine with more vegetables and loaded up with meat. I was ignored however if you were of their ethnic group you were doted on completely. Very odd Vibe and maybe an ounce or two of chicken in my entire dish. Friendliness is free
So, here's the scoop on this place: the shrimp toast was like it took a dive in old oil – not cool. The General Tso sauce was like jelly, not spicy at all. And don't even get me started on the chicken – too much breading! The noodles? Flavorless. Only decent thing was the Szcheuan beef, but it wasn't mind-blowing. Plus, our drinks? Totally forgotten. I was hoping for the real deal, but nope, not today. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I'm not holding my breath.
Quiet and quaint gem in DC Chinatown. I am so glad that we visited here at the beginning of our DC trip. Perfect way to kick off a vacation. Beef with broccoli was the best I have had my entire life. Thank you for attentive staff, generous portions, and a quiet calming atmosphere!
Food was bland for my taste, nothing to write home. Just beware it you’re out of town and do not realize that there is already a 15% tips included. The credit card check where you sign your life away will suggest another 15, 18, 20% gratuity on top of what they had included tips upon tips.
I’m not one to leave reviews but this is not authentic Chinese food and should not belong here in china town!! Extremely disappointed. The most disgusting this I have ever seen was I returned a lemonade that did not taste like lemonade and was orange for some odd reason . The waitress literally switched out my straw and took the same lemonade to a different table! If I could leave 0 stars indefinitely would . Food was disgusting and we left most of it since it was gross spent $180 and they still had the audacity to charge 18% tip
