As a professional in a customer-facing role, it is important to make an effort to provide good service, even if you're not feeling your best.
We have ordered from this restaurant twice in the past month and both times our sandwiches were made incorrectly. After trying to contact the store directly, we were told that someone would call us back, but we never received a response.
Very unfriendly person waiting for us. sub was a quantity to wish.
I have been here over 10 times since I moved here n Everytime I order from here my sandwich is always cold n the last time it was toasted n it was only supposed to be heated n there was barely any sauce on it n we specifically put in the special directions to make sure it was heated n not cold I will not be going back to this location
No masks even though it’s mandated pretty much everywhere. But even besides that, they wouldn’t put any veggies on my sandwich even after asking multiple times they just laughed when I asked them then when my husband asked laughed again, spilled my husbands sandwich while putting his in the oven, didn’t add stuff to his that he asked for. Service was so painful to be apart of that we ended up not ordering anything extra because we didn’t want to make things harder for them than they already were.
